Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Positive Markets website, lessons, videos and any related services (together, the “Service”). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Positive Markets. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Education only, not advice

The Service provides general education about trading and financial markets. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not your financial adviser, broker or fiduciary, and using the Service does not create that relationship. Any trading decision you make is yours alone. Please read our Risk disclosure before trading.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to submit an enquiry or sign up for coaching or Premium. You are responsible for making sure that trading, and using services like ours, is legal for you where you live.

3. Free lessons

Our free lessons are provided as they are, for your personal, non-commercial learning. We may update, reorganise or remove lessons at any time. We work hard to keep them accurate, but markets, products and rules change, and lessons may contain errors or become out of date.

4. Premium and coaching

Premium is not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to buying anything and does not guarantee a particular price or launch date. When Premium or paid coaching is offered, the price, what is included, payment terms and any cancellation and refund rights will be set out clearly before you pay, and those specific terms will apply alongside these.

Coaching sessions are educational. Coaches will not give you personal financial advice, manage your money, place trades on your behalf or promise any result.

5. Your enquiry

When you submit our coaching or waitlist form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that it is about you. We will use it as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, republish or redistribute our lessons or videos without permission;
• submit false information, or information about someone else without their consent;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• use the Service for anything unlawful or misleading.

7. Intellectual property

The lessons, videos, text, graphics, logos and other content of the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print lessons for your own learning. Any other use needs our written permission.

8. Third-party sites, platforms and brokers

Lessons may mention or link to trading platforms, brokers, tools or other websites to explain how they work. A mention is not an endorsement or a recommendation, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their content. If we ever earn a commission from a link, we will say so clearly next to that link. Always check that a broker is properly regulated before opening an account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that following any lesson will lead to any particular outcome. We do not guarantee any trading result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, the updated terms apply.
